By booking or receiving treatment with Foot Control, you agree to the following terms:

Services

We provide mobile foot health care, podiatry, ear microsuction, and cryotherapy. All treatments are subject to suitability and clinical assessment.

Appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance. We ask for at least [24/48] hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged.

Fees & payment

Fees will be discussed in advance and are payable on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate medical information and ensuring a safe, suitable environment for home visits.

Clinical judgement

We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or safe to proceed.

Liability

While all care is provided to professional standards, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Liability is limited where permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
